Did you know that you can share task folders to manage and track jobs, projects, quotes and other key processes
Global Task folders give management the ability to be able to see other colleagues' tasks and track them to their completion.
The above screenshot shows an example of global task folders set up - these can be created to reflect each individual business such as:
Current Jobs
Invoices Due
New Leads
Tasks put into these folders can then be viewed by Super Users and Admin Users so that they can track a task to its completion - as shown below:
The above screen shot shows you all tasks in the 'Quotations Sent' folder where you can see tasks for:
Helen
Sally
Emma
The task % shows you have far to completion the task is currently at and the Due Time/Date:
