Since Apple have released the iOS 7.0 update our Technical team have investigated and have discovered that the new update has affected securities in the way it shows the apps. It only happens on the iPhone and not the iPad.

In order to get around the Click2Call issue you will need to load up your CRM account into the safari browser and create it as a favourite.

1, To do this type in your account url i.e. in the safari browser window

2. Type in your username and password and save.

3. Next you need to save this as a favourite.

4. So in future instead of clicking on the CRM icon on your phone you have to go into safari then favourites.

5. Click on the icon to login and everything will worth correctly for you.
