2. The costs is £9 + VAT per month + call charges (3 pence connection / 3 pence per minute for incoming calls) for UK customers.

Clarification on the UK call charges:

The 3p connection is to connect any incoming call – is this a one off fee? Yes

3p per minute on top for incoming calls – is this applicable rate for mobile and UK landline calls are they both classed as the same price as an incoming call? 

So if you have an incoming call lasting 1 minute 45 seconds … then the cost of the call will be £0.03 connection + £0.06 for the incoming call – giving you a total fee of £0.09 …

0800 numbers are free from landlines – mobile networks may charge for the call (but there are moves to stop them charging) – We believe that calls from public payphones are blocked – as the charges associated are huge – something like £0.75 per minute.
