Please make sure that you are not using Internet Explorer browser as this is not fully compatible with our CRM and is no longer supported by Microsoft.
We recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Firefox on a PC and either Safari or Google Chrome if using a Mac.
If by changing your browser this has not resolved the issue please follow the steps below:
1. Right click the area that you want the cursor to appear then go up to the text editor menu and click on the icon that has the letter T for text (2 back from the binoculars icon) as shown below:
2. The cursor will then appear and you can then start typing in text.
