Auto Feed Website Forms into your CRM account

Web form data from websites or landing pages can be captured and automatically fed over into the CRM by using an email notification or alert and a unique security key code for each client.

This email is then sent to your CRM email drop box address, for example ‘abccompany@mail.crmdomain.com’ which is absorbed into your CRM.

New web enquiries or leads will be shown in real time on the Dashboard as shown below:

From the Dashboard you can click directly into the contacts record as this will be automatically created, adding a History item of their enquiry as shown below:

This History will contain a copy of the form data captured with any additional info going into either the Notes section or Custom Fields.

The contact details will also be fed across and shown in the business card section inside the contact record:

Contacts fed in via web forms can also be given a tag to identify where they have come from – for example ‘website-enquiry’ or ‘new-online-order’ as shown above in red:

How does it work?

The email notification from a form submission is sent to your CRM email drop box address, for example ‘abccompany@mail.crmdomain.com’ using the unique security key code in the subject line to enable the email to be absorbed into your CRM account, creating a new contact record.

Automatically adding a history with the form data captured with any additional info going into either the Notes section or Custom Fields sections.

Web form leads are sent into the Dashboard shown live in real time so that you can react to enquiries/leads immediately.

We can also set up an automated acknowledgement email which sent via the e-Marketing platform inside your CRM account directly to the person to thank them for their enquiry.

As this is sent via the e-Marketing platform this enables you to track the response to this email for example you can see when the email has been OPENED (as shown below) or if any links contained in the email have been CLICKED.
