This will be because of the html code having been pasted into e-Marketing which can result in issues as the html code originally created does not pull over the images and text layout in the same way.
To prevent this we do not recommend copying and pasting html into the e-Marketing text editor.
Designers should be able to have access to a clients CRM account to enable them to create the html template inside e-Marketing.
