What is the best way to find each contact record for the opened or clicked results of my email campaign?

The e-Marketing report gives you the list of email addresses that have either OPENED or CLICKED your email campaign as shown below:

Currently the only way to link this back to their contact record is by doing a contacts search on the email addresses within the Contacts section inside your CRM.

The image below shows the search options you have from the Contacts page – if you select Email and then type in the email address in the search box this will display the contact record for whom the email address relates to.
