1. Unable to add a URL Link:
When clicking on the Insert/Edit Link icon on the email campaign tool bar it is NOT displaying the correct pop up box to add the link.
Instead of showing the URL field as above - it shows target URL in the dialogue box that is presented when selecting the Insert/Edit Link icon, this is not creating a hyperlink in the email itself.
The reason this is happening is to do with the browser Internet Explorer - we recommend you change to Google Chrome, Firefox on a PC or Safari or Google Chrome if using a Mac.
2. URL Link not working
If you have created a hyperlink/URL link to a webpage or email address and this does not work please check that you do not have a space in front of the linked text as this will be the reason why.
