The Direct Debit notification may cover 1 or more invoices – however we only attach a single invoice to the notification – even if the amount relates to multiple invoices. 

This single invoice that we attach is a copy of the last invoice generated in your account.

View invoices inside your CRM account

1. If you go to the Account section inside your CRM account you will see all of your invoices together and can then check to total figure on the Direct Debit notification against them.

2. Click on the 2nd option down - invoice icon and this will list all of your invoices to date - in date order.

Please Note: Multiple invoices in one month other than you monthly subscription usually occur when you have added new users,  VoIP line or if you have booked in custom work etc.
