What is Schedule View?


Schedule view allows Admin Users to see multiple calendars easily so that you can see when people are booked out or to use for planning work schedules.

1. To switch on Schedule view please go to the Settings icon which you will find along the top of your CRM account menu bar



2. Next select the Global Settings tab.



3. Here you will see the Schedule View option - just put a tick in the box to activate this.



4. Click on Update Settings when finished.



5. When you go back into your Calendar you will now see that you are in schedule view as shown below:



To turn this off please go back into Settings and Global Setting and un-tick the Schedule View option and click on Update Settings to save.
