The Gigaset phone equipment comes with a 1 years manufacturers warranty. 


Accidental damage is not covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. 


If you discover a fault with your phone or any Gigaset equipment please make us aware as soon as possible by contacting our support desk so that we can investigate this for you. 


However please be aware that if outside of the 1 year warranty period then if a replacement is needed this would be charged for.
