You can now View files inside the Files section of your account without having to download them.

The View function – which you see when you right mouse click on a file name is only available for the following document types:

· Image files

· PDF documents

· HTML files

Please see below an example of a PDF file that can be Viewed by right clicking and then selecting the View option as shown below:

Your document can then be viewed inside the CRM system.

To view a Word document requires downloading the document in the browser as it is not possible to preview it via the View button.

You can save any Word documents as a PDF and it will enable you to view them inside the CRM system.
