Issue with setting up Gmail as default email client


If you wish to use Gmail to send out email via your CRM account you will need to set up Gmail as your 'default' client for when you click on a contacts email address so that your Gmail email window opens up.  


If you are having issues setting this up please follow the guidance below: 


1. Open up Google Chrome menu by clicking on icon as shown below:



2. Select Settings



3. Click on the Extensions option as shown below:



4. Scroll down you will see Gmail as shown below:



5. Please make sure that only Gmail is enabled with a check in the box as shown above. 

Alternatively please make sure that Mailto is shown as 'on' as shown below and click on 'Update' as shown below in red: 



This should then resolve the issue.
