1. Click on the Marketing icon inside your CRM account: 




2. Find your email campaign and click on the report icon as shown above 


3. This will open you your campaign results window



4. Click on the Blocked or the Failed results and you will see a list of those emails that either Blocked or Failed - the above screenshot shows a list of emails that were Blocked.


5. Click on either the CSV or the PDF options shown above in blue hyper link to download a list in either Excel or PDF of these results.
