In respect to processing email messages coming back in to the dropbox – there can sometimes be a delay in the processing time. 


Our Technical team regularly monitor our providers and can investigate if emails have been received but have not been delivered to the drop box email address. 


Typically once the message has been received in the inbox then it is processed within a matter of seconds. 


Unfortunately any delay in receiving the message is outside of our control – but we do regularly monitor our providers to ensure we are getting the level of service that we expect.
