You can choose to send your email campaign out by using the following criteria:
- All contacts
- Only these tags - where you can select only contacts who are tagged with a particular tag - i.e. 'customer' tag you can select more than one tag. Please click here to watch a short video on selecting tag groups for targeted email campaigns
- Everyone except these tags - here you can select contacts in a tag group to exclude from the send

If you are unsure that your contacts whom you wish to receive your email campaign are tagged properly please check their contact records first to make sure the appropriate tag is applied to each of their records so that you can then ensure they receive your email when you come to send it out by tag group.
