Emails sent out to contacts via the internal pop up email system are sent out over our e-Marketing platform. 


Emails marked as SENT as shown below mean that the email has left our email gateway.




If your contact(s) have not received your emails then this would indicate that their email servers are blocking these emails.


Although the emails are sent from your own address - they are being sent our via our e-Marketing platform using MailJet.


We would need the contact details for the person that manages the email server as we may able to get them to white-list the IP addresses of the servers we use – so that your emails can then be received.


If you can provide a contact please let us know by email to our Support Desk so that we can contact the person managing the email server.
