Shared Task folders give management the ability to be able to see other colleagues' tasks and track them to their completion.

The above screenshot shows an example of global task folders set up - these can be created to reflect each individual business such as: 


  • Call Backs
  • Events
  • Quotations
  • Sales


Tasks put into these folders can then be viewed by Admin Users so that they can track a task to its completion.


Can I see Assigned tasks for any other users?


No. These folders are private to the users. However you can share tasks that you have assigned or been assigned by other users but this is just between you two and not other users.  


We can however, activate a feature called 'View tasks as' for either certain CRM users or the account in general, allowing you to view tasks as another user - and so being able to view tasks in that users In Tray or Assigned folder - to find out more about this feature please click here


Can I see the In-Tray tasks of any of the other users other than my own?


No. These folders are private to the individual users and cannot be shared by shared task folders.
