When you are unable to receive more than 2 calls through to your VoIP line this is because of the limitation with call capacity on your Gigaset Base Station.

The issue is with the Gigaset N300 IP Base Station which has a maximum capacity of 3 lines.

The Gigaset N510 IP Base Station which has a maximum capacity of 4 lines.

If you use the 'transfer' function from 1 handset to another then this takes up the capacity of 2 lines … thus only leaving you with 1 line to receive incoming calls at that time.

The 'easy' way around this would be to add an extra Gigaset N510 Base Station and move some of the people over to the new base - this would give you extra line capacity where you could have up to 7 consecutive lines in use.
