With the Dect phones connected to a N300 IP Pro Base Station you get great quality calls, the ability to register up to 6 handsets and allowing 3 VoIP calls in parallel.
Please note: that if using an N300 IP Base Station then if calls are transferred via the Dect handsets names, that this transfer uses up 2 lines - meaning that only 1 spare line is available for an incoming/outgoing call.
If using a N510 IP Pro Base Station you have the ability to have up to 6 Dect phones and have call capacity for 4 external calls in parallel.
Please note: that if using an N510 Base Station then if calls are transferred via the Dect handsets names, that this transfer uses up 2 lines - meaning that 2 spare lines are available for incoming/outgoing calls.
Phone Line Configuration:
Micro businesses can choose from having 1 main line number with physical extension lines off the main line number which are linked to each of the phone handsets.
By having physical extension lines this allows users to be able to transfer calls as well as divert lines to each other and also have call statistics and call recording for each line.
Call Capacity Restrictions:
If you need to look at increasing your call capacity then the best way would be to add in another Gigaset Base Station so that you have 2 base stations connected to your router(s) giving you more capacity to make and receive calls.
