We have a simple pricing structure as follows:

CRM user subscription is just €20 per user per month.

If you are based in Europe and have a VAT number simply email the number to us and then you will not have to pay VAT.

If you do not have a VAT number then we will automatically charge 20% VAT on your monthly subscriptions as well as any customisation work we quote on.
