We can set this up for you by using the Birthday due date as a custom field (maybe you want to be alerted x number of weeks before the birthday to promote something etc?)
We can then create an automated flag up system in a number of ways:
1. Set up an automated task reminder based on the clients birthday and push this into a shared task folder called Birthday due dates so you could see when client birthdays are due on a list
2. We can input this into the calendar as a Birthday event reminder with the clients details and a link back to their contact record. The whole process could be automated.
