To see if the email address you wish to send your email campaign out from has been authenticated just send yourself a test email of your email - so long as you have put in the email address that you wish your email to be sent from in the 'Senders Email' field.


1. Click on the e-Marketing icon, find your email campaign and click on the 'Send test' icon as shown in red in the screenshot below: 




2. Enter your email address to receive a test of your email campaign and click on 'Send': 



3. When you receive your test email it should come directly from the email address - if not authenticated it will have e-Marketing @crmdomain.com on behalf of.....(your senders email address) as shown in the screenshot below: 



4. Please contact our Support Helpdesk so that we can authenticate your senders email address by arranging an email to be sent to you from SparkPostt which you will need to look out for.  


Please note: the email will have the subject line of 'New sender address activation' when this is received please do not click on the activation link BUT instead forward this email to our Support Desk so that we can authenticate your email address for you.
