Error Message on Sync Set Up: 

If you see the message ‘The contacts synchronization is still in development and does not support contact/groups distribution lists at the moment (as shown below) please click ‘OK’ to continue with the sync set up:  

Sync test successful but no contacts between Outlook and my CRM are syncing across why?

Please check your Settings and what tag you have entered into the SyncML fields for Outgoing and Incoming - the tag must be the same in both fields such as 'sync' or use a unique tag such as 'sync-initials' so that only your own contacts are synced across into your Outlook contacts: 

Please make sure you have clicked on the 'Update Settings' button as shown above. 

If you go into your Outlook account and click on the CalDAV ribbon as shown below: 

Click on 'Synchronize now' you will see that your contacts and Outlook contacts are synced together:
