Sync test successful but no contacts between Outlook and CRM account are syncing across why?
Please check your Settings and what tag you have entered into the SyncML fields for Outgoing and Incoming - the tag must be the same in both fields such as 'sync' or use a unique tag such as 'sync-initials' so that only your own contacts are synced across into your Outlook contacts:
Please make sure you have clicked on the 'Update Settings' button as shown above.
If you go into your Outlook account and click on the CalDAV ribbon as shown below:
Click on 'Synchronize now' you will see that your CRM contacts and Outlook contacts are synced together:
