If you need to add in additional contact information for a contact for example such as adding in an email address or a mobile number then please do the following: 


1. Open up the contacts record and click on the green 'Edit' button. 



2. This opens up an 'Edit contact' window as shown below: 



3. Click on the grey + button icon as shown above in red which adds in a new field to the Phone/Email/Website information where you can add in the contact details and choose from the drop down menu the appropriate option such as 'Mobile' or 'Email' before clicking on the 'Update' button to save.
