Please login to the Cisco web interface and go to the Admin Login page and click on Advanced in the top right-hand corner.
Click on the Regional tab.
Can you please remove the Time Offset setting as I think that is why the time is 12 hours out.
Also can you set the Time zone to GMT and add the line below to your Daylight Saving Time Rule:
start=3/-1/7/2;end=10/-1/7/2;save=1
Without the above rule the time is an hour out as the phone is not aware of daylight saving time by default.
