If you have an existing Cisco phone that you purchased either brand new or second hand that has not been supplied by us then you must be aware that many VoIP providers lock their phones so that they cannot be used on a different VoIP platform.

Please note - that any handset not bought from us directly means that you will need to configure the phones yourself. We can provide you with the necessary information to assist you. However if you would like our Technical team to configure a phone handset which has not been purchased via us directly then there is a charge of £25 + VAT to set up a phone onto our VoIP platform.
