If you have exported your data but are unable to open the data file inside Microsoft Excel as you have a message box displayed as shown in the example below 'Dynamic Data Exchange':
This is a Microsoft Excel issue and to get around this you need to press and hold down the Escpae key on your keyboard when you see the above message box - and it will after about a minute open the document for you to then view and save.
