If you wish to keep a VoIP line number when cancelling your subscription to our CRM service we can offer you the following options below: 


1. You can port out your VoIP line number from us over to another provider.  Please click here to see further information on porting out a VoIP line number from our platform over to another provider. 


2. We can hold your VoIP line number for you but this would incur a charge for holding the number which would be £10 + VAT per month per line which includes a £5 call credit which is payable quarterly in advance.   

We would then bill for any calls above the £5 call credit over that period which would be added to your quarterly invoice.
