For example if you wish to send out an email to your contacts and invite them to submit their interest in a product or service or special offer then we can create both the email template which is customised with your branding and in addition add in a link to a web form which we can set up which would be already pre-populated with your contacts details such as:
- Name
- Company name
- Phone number
- Email address
This then means that your contacts do not need to complete any of the form fields as this is all ready pre-populated for them - very impressive!
All your contacts need to do is to click on a 'Submit' button to then feed the information straight back into your CRM account.
Forms that have been submitted will update against each of your contact's contact records inside the CRM and also show on the Dashboard in real-time so that you can see 'live' submissions as they happen.
