To use your new VoIP line with our integrated dialler system please make sure you plug in your USB headset into the USB port of your PC/Mac - the Dialler system should automatically pick up the microphone on your headset.

You will now see the Dialler tab inside your CRM account as shown with the red arrow in the screenshot below:

Click on the Dialler tab to open up the Dialler key pad as shown below:

Your phone line credentials and click2call settings will have already been set up for you.

You can use the dial pad to key in the number.

Alternatively you can use click2call - this is where you click on a contact's phone or mobile number inside their contact record and you will see the Dialler system will connect to the outgoing call as shown in the image below:

The end the outgoing call click on the red phone icon as shown above.
