Zoom meeting recordings can be uploaded into the Files repository of your CRM account.
When you record a meeting inside Zoom, it will automatically save 3 versions of the recording, m3u, mp4 and audio m4a when the meeting is saved (upon exit of the meeting).
Both the mp4. version and m4a (audio version) can be uploaded into the Files section of the CRM, where it can be accessed by all CRM users to download and play back.
