Find IP address on the Yealink phone - please click here to see how to find this.
Next enter the IP address into the address bar of a web browser. This will take you to the Yealink web interface for your phone. You may need to enter the following text after the IP address:
/api#/login
At the login page enter 'admin' for username and 'admin for password.
Please note that for some Yealink phones the last 6 digits of the Mac address (found on the bottom of the phone) is needed for the password.
How to find the IP address on a Yealink T54W phone:
On the phone's screen Press the 'Menu' key
Then select 'Status' - press 'Enter' to select
On this screen you will see the IP address of your phone shown as IPv4
Enter this into the web browser to access the phone's web interface.
How to Register a Phone Line onto a Yealink Phone Via Web Interface:
Click on the Account option which you will see along the left hand-side as shown below in red:
Click on Register as shown below in red:
Select Account 1 (or if you already have lines registered onto the phone, select the next available account, such as Account 3) as shown in the example below :
Complete the following fields:
Line Active - change to 'On'
Label - Enter the name that is to be displayed on the phone
Display Name - enter your VoIP extension number
Register Name - enter your VoIP extension number
User Name - enter your VoIP extension number
Password - enter the secret number for your VoIP extension line - to find this please see below:
SIP Information:
Server Host - enter sip.crmdomain.com
Port - 5060 or 5065
Click on the blue Confirm button at the bottom of the screen.
The line should then be registered.
