If a CRM user has already been expired, then to give access to their tasks to another CRM user we can do the following:


1. Temporarily re-active the user profile (but associate your email address with the user profile and reset the password).  


2. This would then give you the ability to login as that user, view their tasks and then reassign any tasks they have outstanding to another CRM user. 


When you have completed this task, please let us know so that we can once again expire that CRM user's profile.
