When sending out an email if you or your recipient see the following message: 

'This is an HTML email - to view this message please visit: HTML Link'

Then this is most likely due to the use of a pipe character | in the subject line. 

Please always send a test of your email to yourself and if you see that the contents is missing and instead you have the above text, please check your subject line and remove any | character(s) and re-send a test again.
