Yes, Admin Users of our CRM can export out monthly call records.  Please see the steps below to see how to do this.

1. Go to the Phone icon along the menu bar:

2. Here you see the Call Records page.  The Prev and Next button allows you to move back and forth a month.

3. When you click on the export button a drop down will appear to allow you to select what export period you want to use. 

4. You can choose different date ranges from: 1 month, 3 month, 6 month or Yearly.

5. Make your selection and click on the Export button 

6. Your exported call logs will be downloaded in CSV file format.

Please note that the export button is only visible to Admin Users.
