We need to check your Router - what is the make and model as this could be the issue. It could be the way the router is set up with more information we can better advise.

  • Please let us have your router make and model
  • IP Address - type into a browser 'what is my IP address' to find this out. 
  • VoIP IP address - if using a desk phone please click here to find your VoIP IP address.  If using a cordless dect phone please click here

Please also check that your phone line is set up to make outgoing calls via the Gigaset Base Station web interface.  


When logged into the Gigaset Base Station web interface please check the Telephony, Number Assignment option and make sure that 'for outgoing calls' is selected against your VoIP line as shown below: 



Click on Set to save this setting.

Please make sure you click on 'Log Off' to exit the Gigaset Base Station web interface. 

Please can you check to see if DHCP is enabled on your router.
