Please make sure that you have used your CRM account unique email drop box address.


This unique email drop box address will be the following:


yourcompanyname@mail.crmdomain.com 


This address needs to be put into the Bcc: field on your email - this will then ensure that a copy of the email is stored inside the contacts CRM History. 


Please make sure that the contacts email address that you are emailing them at has also been added to their CRM contact record.
