1. Go to the Contacts icon
2. Search for the contact you wish to edit information for by entering the name or company name in the search bar as shown below:
3. Double click to open up the contact record.
4. Click the Edit button as shown:
5. The edit contact window will pop up. Just add or amend the contacts email address as shown below:
Please note: you can set up a preferred email address for the contact by using the 'radial' button as shown below: The preferred email address selected is where any email marketing campaigns will be sent to and any calendar event invitations or reminders are sent.
6. Click on the Update button to save.
