If you are using the same models of Gigaset phones such as the DE310 Desk phone and your phone's firmware version supports this then it maybe possible to pick up another phone that is ringing in the office using the method below:

To pick this call up press *8 and then press the green button to 'send' on the handset to pick up the call.
