Use your email dropbox address to forward emails into the CRM system using the following methods:


1. Use a unique code followed by your CRM drop box email address to forward an email into a particular contact record - this could be another record which you need to store a copy of an email inside of - please click here to see how to do this. 


2. Use just your unique email drop box address to send the email into the record which matches up with their email address - please click here to see how to do this. 


3. If replying to someone then in the bcc: field use the drop box email when you reply to store a copy of the email inside the contacts record - please note the contact must be setup with their email address recorded inside the CRM account for this to work.
