If a VoIP Line is already registered to the Gigaset Desk phone that is to be reallocated to another user please read the guidance below:
1. Add the new user onto the CRM system - please contact our Support Helpdesk with details of the person's full name and email address and VoIP line number they will be using so that we can add them as a CRM user and set up the VoIP line association with their user profile.
2. If you need to change the name on the Gigaset Desk Phone to display the name of the user please click here to see how.
3. Please remember to change the email address linked to voicemail alerts by clicking here so that this new user receives an email when a new voicemail message has been left on their VoIP line.
