Please check that you have set up your email address inside your phone line configuration so that an email alert will be sent to you when you have a voicemail message.   Please see the screenshot below which shows a 'Voicemail' Email address:



If you can confirm that an email address has been set up then please check your spam folder to make sure that emails are not going straight to spam. 


If so please mark the email as 'safe' and whitelist us as a safe sender to ensure that no more emails are sent to the spam folder. 


If you are still not receiving voicemail email alerts please contact our Support Helpdesk so that we can make sure that emails are not being blocked from our end to you or to check that you have not inadvertently unsubscribed from receiving these emails.
