This could be a browser issue.
Normally when you wish to answer a call using the Dialler you click on the green call answer button to be connected to the call.
If however your Dialler is automatically answering an incoming call we suggest you try the following:
Go to “Site settings” by first clicking on the padlock icon in the location bar (as shown below)
Then selecting “Site settings” and then separately click “Clear Data” and “Reset Permissions” – and restart the browser.
This should clear the issue – as somehow it has gone into auto answer mode – which the above should reset for you.
