I am trying to access the VoIP IP address on my phone to access the Gigaset web interface, however the IP address keeps changing and I get an error message why? 

The reason this is happening is that you are not pulling up the IP address from the correct router box.  This normally occurs if you are using multiple routers for your phones.

1. In order to connect to the Gigaset web interface for the phone you must ensure that the computer you use is connected to the same router as your phone.

2. You will then be able to access the Gigaset web interface settings.
